Dow : No rompe 13,210 , se acabo el rally? / Can't break 13210, pointing south ?

El Dow Jones Industrial cierra la semana por debajo de los 13,210 indicado la semana pasada aquí como el nivel a exceder para confirmar la tendencia alcista. Adicionalmente la semana ha cerrado con una japonesa de tipo estrella fugaz ( tiene una larga sombra superior y muy poca sombra inferior, con el cuerpo cubicado en la parte baja de la formacion ;cuanta mas larga la sombra superior mas bajista la interpretación ). En favor de los toros hay dos factores : 1) el Dow aun se mantiene muy por encima del promedio móvil de 50 dias y 2) no ha perforado ninguna linea de tendencia importante.

Se acabo el Rally de Santa o aun tiene mas por dar ?. Suerte !

 

The Dow has closed below 13,210, we mentioned here that exceeding this level was important in order to maintain the uptrend; another factor playing this weak week is the candleformation, the week ended with a shooting start which is a bearish reversal  ( long upper shadow and very small  or no lower shadow, the body is at the bottom of the range. The bigger the upper shadow the more bearish the formation ). Nonetheless the bulls have two factors playing for them  : 1) Dow is still well above its 50 EMA and 2) no significant trendline has been perforated yet. Has Santa's rally finish or we will see more uptrrend ?. Good luck !.
