Me llamo la atencion que Noruega tenga el precio de gasolina premium mas alto del mundo . Los noruegos son el 6to pais con el mayor "superavit" de petroleo (produccion-consumo) y no por eso regalan la gasolina a sus ciudadanos. Sabian que , como en muchos paises petroleros, Noruega tiene un fondo donde se guardan los ahorros provenientes del fruto de la explotacion del petroleo; sin embargo lo interesante es que el gobierno no puede utilizar mas del 3.5% por año de este fondo y para casos de emergencias se requiere de la aprobacion de 2/3 del parlamento. Noruega es una de las economias mas estables y sanas del planeta.Buscas un refugio de la tempestad financiera, Noruega parece ser uno que no sera devastado. Suerte !.
It was a surprise to find out that Norway has the most expensive premium gsaoline in the world. Norway is the 6th country in the rank of those that have an oil "surplus" (production - consumption) and that does not mean they give it away to their citizens, they pay for what they use. Norway, like many other countries has a fund to save the excess income generate by oil. The interesting part is that no one government can use more than 3.5% of the fund per annum and if an emergency arises at least 2/3 of the parliament needs to approve the use.
