La grafica anexa muestra el desarrollo de largo plazo del Dow. Aun le damos el beneficio de la duda a una formacion de hombro-cabeza-hombro(HCH). Si la caida continua el siguiente objetivo es alrededor de 11,858 que es la parte media de las bandas de Bollinger(A). Una confirmacion de la formacion de HCH debe llevar al Dow a tocar niveles de 9900-9500, indicado aqui por (B), que es la parte baja de las bandas de Bollinger y el promedio movil de 200 meses. Finalmente RSIs(C) y MACD (D) confirman que el debilitamiento del precio puede continuar. Curiosamente el cuello de la formacion es alrededor del nivel de 7000 , en linea con la atraccion de la media historica de alrededor de 7600 que mencionabamos aqui. Suerte !.
The attached graph shows the long term development of the Dow. We still believe in the possibility of a Head and Shoulders (H&S) formation. If the weakness continues, it should target 11,858, this level is the mid-range of the Bollinger bands (A). A confirmation of the H&S formation should take the Dow to 9900-9500 (B), this range is the lower Bollinger band and the 200 MA. Finally, RSIs (C) and MACD (D) are confirming the weakeness and have room for more downside. The neck of the H&S formation touches around 7,000, in line with the historical trendline we mentioned here that has a 7,600 objective . Good Luck!.
